Terms of Use
Terms governing informational use of PhilaLoan.
Using PhilaLoan
The site provides educational information, comparison content, local-data discovery, calculators and tools. Use of the site does not create a lender-borrower, broker-client, financial-adviser or fiduciary relationship with PhilaLoan.
No offer or guarantee
Content and calculator outputs are informational. PhilaLoan does not guarantee approval, a particular amount, rate, legal availability or funding speed. Any actual credit obligation is governed by the responsible provider's agreement and disclosures.
Third-party services
Links, provider pages and configured request recipients operate under their own terms, privacy policies and financial disclosures. PhilaLoan is not responsible for changing third-party terms merely because the third party is referenced or integrated.
Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse forms, scrape private data or use the site for unlawful activity. Automated access should respect technical restrictions and applicable law.
Changes and availability
Content, tools and policies can change as data, law, products or site functionality change. The production terms should identify the site operator, contact and applicable legal provisions before being treated as final binding terms.
Production-specific scope
This policy applies only to the data, consent, communication or legal behavior actually deployed on PhilaLoan. Fields that depend on the legal entity, recipient, retention period, consent mechanism or provider relationship must be populated from the approved production configuration.
Effective-version control
A material change to forms, recipients, cookies, communications, disclosures or legal obligations requires a reviewed policy version. The published text should not silently inherit assumptions from an older configuration.
Accessibility
PhilaLoan aims to keep navigation, forms, calculators and core content usable with keyboard navigation, readable contrast, semantic headings and responsive layouts. Accessibility issues should be reported through the site contact channel.

Understand PhilaLoan’s accessibility goals, how key interactive components are tested, and how to report an accessibility barrier.
Core navigation, headings, forms, calculators, comparison tables and decision tools should remain usable across common screen sizes and with keyboard navigation. Labels should describe controls without relying only on color or visual position.
Financial explanations use explicit labels for assumptions, unknown values and warnings. Tables and interactive outputs should provide readable text equivalents, and important disclosures should not be hidden behind hover-only behavior.
