PhilaLoan Disclosures

What PhilaLoan is, how forms and partner relationships work, and what our pages do not promise.

PhilaLoan is not the creditor

PhilaLoan publishes information, tools, comparisons, local discovery and—when enabled—a request-routing interface. It does not fund a loan or become the creditor simply because a consumer begins on this website.

Third-party decisions

A provider, marketplace or other configured recipient controls its own review, eligibility criteria, offer, agreement, funding and servicing responsibilities according to its actual role. PhilaLoan does not guarantee that a request will produce an offer.

Terms and product facts

Any actual amount, APR, fee, repayment schedule, approval condition and legal obligation come from the responsible provider's current disclosures and agreement. Provider identity and role should be checked before accepting those terms.

Production-specific scope

This policy applies only to the data, consent, communication or legal behavior actually deployed on PhilaLoan. Fields that depend on the legal entity, recipient, retention period, consent mechanism or provider relationship must be populated from the approved production configuration.

Effective-version control

A material change to forms, recipients, cookies, communications, disclosures or legal obligations requires a reviewed policy version. The published text should not silently inherit assumptions from an older configuration.

EDITORIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Related decisionPennsylvania State DisclosuresExplore

Present Pennsylvania-specific disclosures only when they apply to the relevant product, role, audience, and situation and are supported by current official or counsel-approved sources.

What you getPennsylvania / State Disclosures accountability record

PhilaLoan treats state legal/product statements as evidence-driven. A Pennsylvania page does not assume that a product is available merely because it is common nationally or appears in a search query.

An organization can have an official Pennsylvania record without that record proving every credit product, channel or price. Product-state scope, entity/license record and provider terms are verified separately.

Related decisionResponsible BorrowingExplore

Evaluate cash-flow fit, total cost, repeat-borrowing risk, stop conditions, alternatives, and help paths before taking on a new obligation.

What you getResponsible Borrowing accountability record

Before borrowing, define the amount that is actually uncovered, the deadline and the household buffer after essential expenses. Assistance, payment arrangements, insurance, cash on hand or a smaller scope can reduce the amount that needs financing.

Review net proceeds, mandatory cost, payment amount, number of payments, total repayment and what happens if a payment cannot be made. A smaller scheduled payment is not automatically a cheaper outcome.

Related decisionMilitary Borrower / MLA InformationExplore

Provide counsel-reviewed educational information and official resources for military-borrower protections without guessing covered-borrower status or product legality.

What you getMilitary Borrower / MLA Information accountability record

The Military Lending Act provides federal protections for covered servicemembers and covered dependents in many consumer-credit transactions. Whether the law applies depends on the borrower and transaction, so a general webpage cannot determine coverage by itself.

A covered borrower should review the provider's MLA disclosures and the transaction type, including the applicable Military Annual Percentage Rate and other protections where the law applies. Some purchase-money and other categories can be excluded from coverage.
